Our barbell club focuses on two lifts in particular: snatch and clean and jerk.
These Olympic lifts provide unparalleled training in speed, power, coordination, and agility. Perfect for those who are looking to get stronger and lift better, our trained coach works with you to improve your overall technique and performance.
Our platforms are open to members 24/7 and we have a coached barbell class each Tuesday. 5-6:15 is for experienced athletes and 6:15-7:00 is for beginners.
