You'll start with either one on one or small group sessions, starting with a movement screening and flexibility assessment. Throughout these sessions, we'll teach you the basic foundational movements and start to acclimate to the workouts you'll experience in classes.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use at Mac-Town, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a workout.
Upon completion of the on-ramp sessions, you'll be able to move into our group classes with confidence. If through the on-ramp sessions, we find that more personal training would be to your benefit or you find you prefer that, we are happy to work with you!
