You'll start with either one on one or small group sessions, starting with a movement screening and flexibility assessment. Throughout these sessions, we'll teach you the basic foundational movements and start to acclimate to the workouts you'll experience in classes.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout.
Upon completion of the on-ramp sessions, you'll be able to move into our group classes with confidence. If through the on-ramp sessions, we find that more personal training would be to your benefit or you find you prefer that, we are happy to work with you!
