MacTown CrossFit offers both In-person and Virtual One on One Training. Our coaches work with each individual to create solutions. Whether you have a history of chronic pain, previous injuries, health concerns that could benefit from more movement or you just prefer One on One Training for a variety of reasons, our staff is knowledgeable and passionate about working with you.
Our coaches will design individualized programs especially suited to meet your needs and provide you with a safe and challenging workout. Your goal is our goal.
